In this project Balagar Co. constructed a 17 story administrative-commercial building included offices ,theater, commercial offices, and a bank; with a total area of 20,000 m2 and 40,000 m2 of landscaping.

This project consisted of 10,000 sq. meters of building including: a library, a clinic, a shopping center, a mosque and 62,000 m2 of landscaping (in Boushehr Province).

This project consisted of the construction of non-industrial buildings and landscaping of Borzouyeh Plant in Assalouyeh. Non-industrial buildings included: Administration head office building and theater in 4 stories and total area of 4860 m2 - self service, mechanical and electrical rooms with total area of 1860 m2 - clinic, guardhouse, bank and control room with total area of 1015 m2 - mosque with an area of 3260 m2 - covered bus stations with a capacity of 100 buses - 70,000 m2 landscaping included the execution of an underground reinforced concrete mechanical tunnel 180 meters long, 30,000 m3 excavation and performing gas, sewage, drainage, fire_fighting, potable and non-potable water pipelines, telephone line, paging and IT networks.
